About Lisa
Lisa Noack, MA, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a BS in Kinesiology from UCLA, an MS in Professional Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and an MS in Health Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion. She brings over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industries, including her work as a Health Education instructor at Moorpark College.

Before founding Inneractive Health, Lisa worked at New Beginnings, a facility offering a wide range of outpatient mental and integrative health services with a strong emphasis on somatic approaches to healing. She also worked at La Ventana, where she facilitated PHP/IOP‑level mental health, eating disorder, and chemical dependency groups using evidence‑based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic approaches, and Experiential therapies.

During her time at New Beginnings, Lisa was trained in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), a trauma‑processing approach that works directly with neurophysiology to support secure attachment and deep resourcing. As the Director of DBT, she trained and developed associates and curriculum through a somatic lens, ultimately creating a somatic‑based DBT program and groups. She also has extensive experience treating co‑occurring disorders.

Lisa has completed Safe Zone training, a program focused on supporting and understanding the LGBTQ+ community, and she is deeply committed to inclusion, affirmation, and psychoeducation. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, honoring all dimensions of health—mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and social.
Every person who enters therapy as unique and courageous, deserving of care that is tailored to their specific needs in a supportive and compassionate environment. Lisa recognizes the complexities of mental health disorders, chemical dependency, and eating disorders, and this understanding informs her unconditional, empathetic approach.
Grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience, Lisa guides individuals through health challenges with an emphasis on hope, healing, and meaningful change.
